A special type of white blood cell 'T-cell' is found in this protein which is important for the body's immune system. These cells attack and destroy any infected cells present in the body. That is, if you are getting at least eight hours of sleep, then cytokines and T cells will be produced in sufficient quantity and your physical capacity against infection will increase.

*Sleep deprivation invites illness
Expert Jason Ellis says that lack of sleep due to stress or fear doubles down on the immune system because then the body's ability to respond to the immune system becomes unbalanced.
